I have a b18c gsr with a victor x mani and it lacs of power between 4, 000 to 6,000 when vtec kicks in I only riv it to 8,000 I wanted to know if its cuz the mani and if it is will it be a good idea to get a skunk2

 

Yes, that manifold is for VERY large NA motors or turbo applications. It will kill your powerband right where you indicated.

The Skunk2 would probably be better for a stock GSR.
