Civic Interchangeable parts question

Ok i have recently purchased a 2003 civic ex with the d17 and i was wondering if the arp headstuds, the injectors, and the walbro from my d16z6 will fit so i can save some money on my turbo build

They should, but aren't head studs torque to yield?
