Hello, this one connection is damaged located behind the rad fan underneath the intake manifold. Following the wire left it leads into the block. Anyone know what it is?

Edit: just to make it clear of the location it's the yellow wire connection underneath the intake manifold in the picutre below.

It's referred to as Connector C106. It connects the starter sub-harness to the engine wire harness.

The wires are related to the charging system (alternator to ECM and blk/yel power wire from under-dash Fuse no. 3), HVAC (A/C compressor), and knock sensor to ECM.

 

From the photo, the damage appears mainly on the starter subharness connector side.

#6 in the parts diagram is the starter subharness.

Radiator hose also has a cut.
