first you'll have to find our if you have a d16 (1 cam) or B16 (2 cams). then since your still using obd0 ecu, you'll need to to use Turboedit program to create a basemap for your motor setup.

Turboedit if using a non-VTEC ECU (PM6, PG7, PR4, PS9). If using a VTEC ECU (PR3, PW0) you'll tune with BRE.

You hook up your ostrich to the socket.
Hook up a wideband.
Get a friend.
Friend drives while you are on the lap top with the ostrich hooked up.
You watch the AFRs and change the fuel map according to your target AFR.
Eventually you get the AFRs knocked out.

Ben has a write up on how to use BRE. I'd suggest reading that.

Good luck.

Most of this has been thoroughly documented on PGMFI.org, so you can read through their forums to get a hang of it.
Although Crome is for OBD1, many of the principles are the same so it may help you to read the manual in my signature also.
