ABS codes 53 and 81

ABS codes 53 and 81
I have a 98 ITR and when I start it..
1) it sounds awful
2) idle drops down so low it nearly stalls
3) it's not drivable it will not go 5 mph
4) the CEL comes on but does not flash when I jump it, just the ABS light flashes and shows codes 53 and 81.
ITR is sitting about a mile from my house and would like to get her home.
I was driving it home and it felt like it was running a little rough, thought maybe there was just some trash in the fuel line so I goosed it and before it ever hit VTEC this happened.
Code 53 says it's Motor Stuck On
Code 81 says it's CPU
How can these codes for the ABS have anything to do with how terrible she's running?
