U R crazy, I'm serious. Do this, and you'll say "good bye" soon to your water pump.
Coolant is not so expensive to save on it.

Distilled water is not a big deal at all for temporary use. You just dont want to use tap water. When you get a chance just drain and fill with 50/50 and youll be fine.

It would be best after using distilled water to do a 50/50 drain and fill, open the heater valve and drive around for a bit and do another 50/50 drain and fill tho.

If you don't have any fear of freezing temps, distilled water is just fine, or add a bottle of Redline Water Wetter to the water.

Id highly suggest you dont do that. Next time try touching the radiator fluid you put in your car. It will feel a little oily and that is to protect any moving parts from waring out or worst yet rusting. You can do it as a temporary thing but I wouldnt be running on water alone.
