to tell if its an si im not sure, i would measure lift. Also the d16a6 had that different timing mark around 7 o'clock on the cam gear to the inner timing cover.

um fyi 89-91 DX/LX/Si all have the exact same camshaft. only the 88's had different as well as the ZC cams are the only ones that are timed more aggressive on the actuel cam. howerever the SI runs a different came gear wich needs to be transfered if you wish to run the si ECU. if you have a 1.5 you have to transfer the 1.5 camgear to the 1.6 cam to keep the timing the same the cam gear is the only thing that is actuelly different and results in different timing.
