I just aquired an 02 type S it came with a cold air intake and im putting headers and a cat back exhaust as soon as it arrives in the mail. After that I would like to put in better cams that will work with my bolt ons as well as ecu tuning that i will do at the same time. Can anyone recommend a cam or "stage" of cam i should be looking for. Id like to be able to make a little bit more power higher in the power band hoping this can increase my top speed if even by only a few km. I also need it to be streetable for daily driving I dont want idle problems.

My recommendation is kelford Cams stage 1 or even go for stage 2 but make sure you do a valve train upgrade. I'd also do bigger fuel injectors too.

Or maybe if you want something cheaper do like a factory 06-08 K24A2 cam setup. Also valvetrain upgrade
