K20z1 supercharger on a k20a2? Possible?
What's up everyone, first post on this forum. I've had my 03 type S for over a year now and have the basic bolts ons done to it. Now it's time to boost it. I found a Ct supercharger on Craigslist but it's for an 05-06 rsx. To my knowledge the difference between the k20a2 and z1 are not that significant and the s/c In theory should work. But the manufacturer states it's for the 05-06 "ONLY" .

Bottom line is, does anyone know if ill be able to put this s/c on my rsx or will run into problems? I've searched around the internet but couldn't find anything

Both are same engines are the same except for a slight cam change , it will work with a kpro and tune , im sure you have the kpro . . . find a tuner and enjoy

 

Thanks for the info i just needed a second opinion before it make such a big purchase.

 

The reason for is from the factory they changed the size of the blower pulley to match the change of the crank pulley on the RSX from 02-04 to 05-06
