Default buring oil smell, need help.

hi everyone im new here so bear with me.

im having a problem with my 95 integra ls, while driving i always smell burning oil, mainly notice it when driving threw town, but even after 4k in between oil changes my oil is right at the full line and never lower. and no fluids leak either. theres no signs of oil spells around the motor. does anyone have any ideas? there no white smoke from the tail pipe either. ive check all on the forms but didnt quite see what i was looking for.

the car is also standard with 60k miles.

I don't think so the last tank I got over 300 miles so she's not hiring a lot of gas. I checked everything.even replaced 3/4 or the hoses under the hood. Plus new valve cover gasket, and there was another on the lower left of the motor on the outside I replaced can't think of the name. And this is my first honda so I don't know all the details. I did notice that u can only smell it when the Windows are down and u take the rpms to 3500.
