hi im new to here

i have a 99 honda civic 1.4 that i just did an engine conversion to and now for some reson the key light is on the dash and the car wont start i no its not getting fuel i just wanted to no if there is a way to bypass this ?? and i have another prob im not getting spark i have pinnd it down to the dizzy the one i have is a single plug but there is one wire extra on the dizzy its a blue wire ( engine speed output ) and its not on my loom for some reson any ideas on this ??
