Default Eg hatch gsr won't stay on!

I blew a head gasket a month ago and wanted to upgrade everything. I got blox stage two cams supertech complete valvetrain cometic head gasket and put it all back together after getting it back from the machine shop and tried to start it and it's starts but dies if you don't give it gas. I figured it might be timing and it was a little off and I fixed it so it's now dead on but still does exactly the same thing. What should I look for or do?

try to adjust your af ratio to spec and you can turn up the iacv alittle off your throttle body its a small flat head screw on top side of tb

You really think it won't stay on cause of the ecu? I have a chipped ecu but it's chipped for a stock gsr obviously. I figured it would stay on but not run no where near it's full potential

And you people don't give any real info to help you. Does it throw a CEL when it dies? Are the injectors spraying fuel? Fuel pressure? Is the only thing you checked was the timing?

And be specific. Does it turn over and immediately die or does it go for a while? Info!

It starts and dies immediately. If I give it gas it
Will stay on. I upped my fuel pressure to like 50 and it
Didn't change anything.

Fuel pressure I turned up to 50 and I believe the injectors are fine because like I said if I give it gas the car will stay on. As soon as I let off the gas pedal it dies

Someone posted a similar issue but I don't recall the resolution, if any. Car was not modified though. If I come across it I'll link you.

I'm gonna put a scope on it today. Anyone know what color wire the primary or secondary ignition is?

50 is to much fuel pressure
you really need to put a wide band on it and retune the map to what you need base maps never usually work due to different setups and sea levels

Could be a bad vacuum leak sounds like... You give it more gas and it keeps running...check intake to head, tb, vac lines, etc

cams are too big. adjust your idle and relearn idle after.

Ya I'm gonna try all that today. I've been busy my
Son went to the hospital for a broken arm so haven't had time to work on my car. Anyways I put a scope on it
And the reading was terrible. I pretty much had no power and the exhuast valves looked to
Be opening to soon but my timing marks are dead on. I went to go check the valves after I iust adjusted them and it was to tight so I'm gonna readjust the valves and turn up my
Idle and see what happens

Anyways I di the valve adjustment and turned the screw on the throttle body and now it idles fine. well by fine I mean idles at like 1400ish. Im gonna just break the engine in and my new clutch for a little and then get it dyno tuned. For bow its running and im gonna drive it to work today.
