Ok so i was scared to try to crank it over again but it was giving me a weak crank no start. The smoke was coming from the cam gear section, so I popped the valve cover off and was greated by this.

So I'm thinking 3 things:
1 I need new spark plug wires since part of the one stayed connected
2 I need a new valve cover seal and ring kit 2 sparkplugs have oil on the outside of them you can see it in the left most sparkplug in that picture.
3 I snapped my timing belt.
now my question for you all is this. Since I was driving although fairly mildly, how likely is it that i screwed up the head and the valves and what have you.

Remove spark plugs
Turn the crankshaft carefully by hand so all the pistons are at their half-way point. If crank stops against something, manipulate crank and cams until you can position crank properly without needing to force anything. Turning direction is not important now.
Cams will now spin freely now, limited only by spring pressure
Turn each camshaft by hand until the lobes you want to check are pointing straight up to the sky, or as close to that as you can get them. Hold in position if needed.
Now measure those clearances
Check all the lobe sets in turn
Any clearances that are much larger than they should be, like .020 or so, those are bent valves.
Another way:
Remove spark plugs
Turn crank as above
Turn cams so all the lobes on one cylinder are all pointing up to the sky
Make sure there is at least some clearance under those lobes after the camshaft settles into position!
Feed shop air into cylinder thru spark plug hole and listen at intake and exhaust (use crank-holder tool or helper to keep crank from rotating while air is fed in)
Hissing at either location is a leaky valve, which is likely bent.

i couldn't get the picture but, do what the above said..
The video you posted sounded like there was no compression.
try putting a new Tbelt on it and go from there..
last time that happened to me on my stock civic my valves were bent..
