99 Civic - where does this bracket go on the transmission?

Default 99 Civic - where does this bracket go on the transmission?

I replaced the input shaft bearings, and it's been about 2 week since I removed everything. I went to seal up the trans a bit ago and freaked out when I was missing two bolts. I then looked back at a picture I took, and I only had 11 when I broke up the trans. I'm 99% certain this bracket holds the hard line for the clutch. I assume I fully removed the bracket early on during the removal as what I assume are the other two trans bolts were sitting in this bracket.

Yes it goes where you thought it did, and yes it secures the clutch hardline.
