AC Takes Forever to Cool Down
I have a 2002 EX coupe and the AC in the car is basically useless in the summer. I've tried refilling the refrigerant/oil but the pressure reads fine, the cabin air filters are clean, I know the clutch is engaging but the car will just not get cold when it's 80+*F outside.
The only way I can get the car to start to feel like it's cooling down is if I'm driving highway speed with the recirculation button off (car taking in fresh air) and it is cool, but not cold.
Is the compressor and AC system on these cars just way too small to get the job done?

I've tried pressure washing the bugs out of it and making sure all the fins are straight. Does the AC receiver/drier on these get fouled and decrease performance over the life of the car (12 years, 122,000 miles)?
