Default F23A swap into a pair of 94 Accords

Well, I went to a JDM Importer this weekend and picked up a pair of F23A's. I have 2 1994 Accord's, both LX, one auto, and a 5 spd. One of the motors came with all 3 belt driven accessories, and the other just had a the alternator. I am planning to keep both cars OBD1. From the research I have done, I think I need to use my F22b2 distributor, my original fuel rail and EGR valve. I am gonna swap to an OBD1 F22b1 ECU and piggyback the VTEC.
I am not really looking for a performance upgrade with the swap, I just have 2 have 2 high mileage Accords with blown headgaskets, and as I have done the math, this is really the cheapest road to reliable repairs. Any performance boost will be very much welcomed, but just an unintended benefit.

If you are going to go OBDI and VTEC, I believe you will need a F22B1 distributor.

Gunner, what distributor did he use? Did he use any of the f23 accessories? Was he auto or 5 speed? Thanks!

alright just got home. ill go take a look at it but last time i looked at the distributor it looked like the f23 one ive seen the f22 vtec ones and it didn't look like it. but i think that is because its a f23a4 American spec. and it appeared like the only thing they swapped was the power steering. alternator looked untouched ill take a closer look at it tomm.

I may go ahead and use the F22b2 intake on the automatic car, but even if I had left the F22 in the 5 spd car I was planning to swap an F23 intake into the car, so I will just go ahead and buy the IAC adaptor and do the work required to use it. I think using the F22 throttle body helps simplify the swap, as well as the original fuel rail.
Youngboi, what is your overall impression of the swap? What did you do for exhaust?

sorry im lying the f22 manifold was used the f234 manifolds are much smaller then the f22. the exhaust it was 2.5 exhaust front to back straight so i wouldn't know what to tell you on that. i did measure the exhaust studs and they DO NOT MATCH!! you won't be able to use the f22 exhaust manifold sorry. the alternator and power steering all from f22
