97 Accord SE radiator leak behind driver tire.
Hello, earlier today as I was driving about I could hear this scraping/grinding noise coming from the driver-side of the engine. Then I noticed that my car was redlining badly. When I went to check my radiator today I noticed that it was bone-dry. As I was pouring water into it I could hear the sound of water leaking. So I looked underneath and could see a large amount of water leaking out just behind the front driver tire.
Any suggestions on what's going on? I'm not certain but it seems like all the water leaks out and none is retained in the radiator. Thank you for your time.

Obviously you need to replace your radiator if it's leaking.
Also, don't use water, use only 50/50 coolant. Water has dangerous minerals that helps to corrode the cooling system and the engine block.

If its not leaking at the radiator i would be more inclined to think its leaking from the hose that runs from the water pipe just behind the water pump to the water valve before id think the water pump is leaking enough to drain the coolant as you fill the radiator. You are going to need to safely support the engine and get underneath and take a good look.
Ive had that hose explode on me, myself before.
