Mid west/east coast folks just had Expo.

This is obviously no Expo but it would be great to have a few more ITR's out on the track.

Wish I could but can't make it out this weekend.

 

I'll sign up. I'll be signing up for driver school though. I've never tracked on a actual course. Only SCCA in Marina

 

Sweet I have a couple buddies who will be in there too. You from the Bay Area? We'll have a caravan leaving early AM.

 

thunderhill west is a trip. Two different tracks.

West is highly technical (and now includes walls!).
East is fast as it's always been.

Many, many people went off on the west side yesterday trying to figure it out.

Cool track but it's a very odd dynamic now as they are two polar opposite driving experiences.

I'm at Santa Cruz. I have family in Vacaville. So i'll be staying there the night before. Before I make a payment on registration. I didn't see if RHD cars are ok to race with on the website, just to make sure. I emailed about it.

 

Sounds good unfortunately I'm not aware if it's ok.

 

Just watched Graham Downey's video of the new track. Looks like a lot of turns to remember. Hope we don't melt in August up there.

 

I'm going to try and make it out.

Yes I registered and paid last night.

 

Cool. Half the group is staying up there on Friday night the rest of us are caravaning up early Sat morning.

 

I will text you for details. I would probably prefer to drive up Friday night but I'm open.

It got hot towards the end of the day but it was still a great day all around. It was nice to meet you and Rodney. Lets do this again soon.
