01 Civic LX sedan. A/C is only working intermittently, only a couple times a week.

Checked the compressor and the clutch appears to engage when the A/C is turned on along with the cooling fans. When I tried putting more freon in the system, I noticed a puddle forming under the car. It looked like the leak was coming from the hose marked with the white X pictured below.

Any idea what it is and if it's part of the system (or if it's just getting leaked on by somewhere else)? I don't have a lift or stands so I can't get a better look right now. I've tried following the h/l pressure lines and I lose them around the condenser. I didn't have much luck with a quick google or forum search for an AC system diagram, but that would help too.
