k24z3 / k20z4 rsp-2 head
Hello,
I've put on Cu2's euro accord short block k20z4 head.
Specs k24z3 stock bottom
Intake cam, gear - k24z3
Exhaust cam k24a3
Intake k24a3 ported polished
Exhaust manifold - modified euror jdm cl7
There were some issues, but the problem we faced.- knocking at mid range revs with stock and modified fuel maps. At stock calibration on disabled knock control we hear the huge detonation - no questions.
We tried locking vtc, retarding ignition maps. At always knocking 1-2 cylinder. but we don't hear the detonation. Only at really bad af.
On stock calibration with disabling knock control, the engine starts knocking at 2-3 cyl.
Am a newbie with remapping, but generally i understand the principles of the internal combustion engine.
We checked the valve lash several times.
Probably, someone has such calibration for equal setup? Or is there any issues with using this head, according to knock sensor.
