Icon2 thermostat switch question

This might be a silly question but I'm having a hard time finding this out. My fans wont turn on and I know why its the switch on the thermostat housing. I jumped the switch with some wire and the fans work. So my question is to fix that am I gonna need to just replace the switch attached to the thermostat housing or actually changing out the thermostat inside? If I have to change the switch where can I find one? I've looked all over the internet and couldn't find one.

does your car ever overheat? If not, then don't worry to much about it.

My ek with a GSR swap, my fans never kick on cuz the radiator keeps it cool enough

my teg was the same even with the stock fan/rad I switched it with a brand new OEM Honda switch and t stat still did the same. then when I got my aluminum skunk2 rad I took the fan completely off and put a mishimoto t stat in, no issues at all. My fit and old civic always ran their fans tho idk why but I'd almost prefer then ran cool enough that they didn't.

No my car doesn't overheat because I jumped the wire so the fans are constantly on. I plan on selling the Integra soon because I have a GSR and that's a little better than a RS and it looks a little ghetto how I ridged it.
