Default Ferio EK3 engine swap issues

My ek originally came with the infamous cvt + d15b.

When the trans failed I swapped with a s20 and obd2 D16a nonvtec. I used the d15ecu(p2c) and d15 distributor and exhaust mani (1 wire o2)

Issues that I'm facing
1. Rpm shoots to 2000 when clutch is engaged

2. Occasionall tps fault code

3.high fuel consumption

4. Won't Rev past 5.5

Suggest me the correct ecu. Also benefits of mpfi over sfi

Why did you not pick up the ECU when you swapped? D16as are pretty much the same as D16Z6s. Therefore you should be able to use a P28 or whatever the JDM equivalent is.

You're not stateside for sure, so you'll need to figure out the correct ecu for your swap. Also what engine harness are you using?

It's a 97 ferio which uses the jdm obd2 two plugs (A+D) and a separate controller for the transmission. Also, I live in Bangladesh, our local engine shops do not understand the significance of a matched ecu.
P.S
Current engine is an obd2 D16A

Find the automatic version of the ZC/D16A ECU. If I read it correctly it's a P76. I'd start calling engine importers if I were you. 37820-P76-902

@Tony_2018: if you are referring to conversion harnesses then no not using any, the ecu plugs are 26 and 22 pins. No B plug.

Also, I converted to Mt. I have a spare y8 style manifold which I plan on using 2wire iacv diy
