Yeah that mph is kinda low....I ran 14.8 @94 in my full interior 91 dx 4dr with i/e at about 400ft above sea level. From what I see the 60ft is killing you. Try to get it down around 2.2 and you should see a difference. The mods you have done should have netted you a quicker time but that all depends on elevation, track condition, and driver skill.
My ef hatch ran 14.6 at 96 w/ only AEM cai, skunk2 manifold, stock DX cat and stock b16 exhaust manifold and 2.5 custom exhaust. Car had horrible launch w/ 2.4 60ft I also have y1 trans and b.s. street tires.
I would check to see what your shift points are i know that made the car run from 14.8 to 14.6. cant seem to get a 2.2 on my street tires. I either launch to hard or to soft.
compression in motor is not that great either is as follows 1=145 2=125 3=150 4=155 I wish my motor had at least 170 across the board but my motor is getting tired. Car runs decent on the nitrous(50shot )though slipping clutch in 3rd and 4th runs 14.0 at 104 w/ 2.4 60fts

i forgot elevation i dont know what it is in fla. but im sure its better thatn where your at. also car was only missing back seats other than that i run it the way i drive it everyday to work.
launching at 2k (even feathering it) seems way to low. i know you were on street tires, but launching at 2k means a little while before you get into VTEC and start making usable power. try launching higher.

for some reason i guess fontana is still new and theres not enough vht on the ground that would also be a reason , but i know for sure i should be hitting 14's and i dont have auto b16 cams? what should i launch @ cuz when i launch any higher i break the tires loose so if you guys could tell me what you launch at with radials or slicks let me know TIA

2.3 is not that bad of a 60ft. Your mph is really telling me your loosing horsepower somewhere. Are you running a stock DX cat? Are you sure it was a type R intake cam? My brothers crx w/b16 is running 9.7's in the 1/8th at 73mph but he has full interior and a 400lb stereo/dvd/showcar thing.
Some tire slippage when launching is optimal. I get consistent 2.2s 60's launching @ 25 psi in the tires at roughly 3500 rpm, by letting the clutch out smoothly. My time's in my sig, and my mods are almost the same as yours minus the cam. Something's not right w/ your setup.
i got a 2.2 60ft with my d16a6. 16.1 @ 85 i/h/e. you should be little quicker with it all stripped and a b16. but like the guy said it depends on track, drivier, elevation.
