Slicks expanding

If I have like 24" slicks. At the end of the track, how large will they be? Like 25.5" possibly. 130mph give or take.

this was for figuring out what the best 4th gear would be to finish at a certain MPH at the top of 4th

if you look at the specs of each slick. it will give you the "roll out" measurements.
