94 accord sensors
SENSOR GURUS _ Help! back to the intermittent starting of the accord. Today gor in it , drove to town, 2 hours later went to leave and car wouldn't start. Just turned over. Did my usual fiddling around and still no start. Parked next to a hill so i thought why not let it roll down to see if it will start. Did that and sure enough it started. My question is - is there a sensor that would cause this to not start but once its turning would send a signal to let it run? This thing has me and my simple mind baffled and I don't have a garage within 50 miles and besides when i get it to a garage it doesn't do anything wrong. It doesn't send an error code to the check engine light so i don't know what to do. Don't feel like replacing the ecm if thats not it.
As Manny stated check fuel and spark.
Watch the Tachometer when you are trying to start the car, if it does not move while the starter is turning the engine, it may be a faulty crank sensor. If it does move, when you turn the car to II(ON) can you hear the hum of the fuel pump? It is faint but its humming should be accompanied by a click from under the dash. If not the Main Relay may be in need of servicing or replacement.

How many miles are on your 94? No sensor that would actually sense that your in motion that would help or not to get it started, maybe your battery/starter is not cranking it fast enough. Once it is running how well does it run, no loss of power?
I also am leaning towards a loss of fuel pressure, possible your fuel pump is being jarred about when you get it rolling, freeing your stuck fuel pump motor shaft, makes sense that it does it after you have shut it down after driving.
