my recirculation and ac light stays on constantly. even when the system is totally off. so i dont know if the ac is activated or the recirciation is active. help

 

Those lights should not be on if your climate control is turned off.

You can usually hear when you toggle between the two (subtle fan noise / vent noise) if you're wondering if it's actually on. But indentifying if the AC is actually on is easier to tell because you can feel the temp when compared to just the fan.
