replacing starter on 89 honda accord lxi
I'm trying to find a video on how to replace my starter. Its an easy job really only 2-3 bolts I believe. Its getting to it and the best way to go about it that stumps me. I know for sure its the starter and have bought a duralast starter. I found a you tube video a couple weeks ago that would walk me thru step by step but now its gone can't find it or something similar googled it and all. I just want to drive this car that I paid way too much for and have already put $600 into it as well. Can someone point me in the right direction please? Thx
There isn't really that much to it. One of the bolts to the starter is "blind" but other than that pretty much straight forward.
By "blind" I mean that you can't really see it but with the right extension you can remove and install it.
I've owned several 3rd gen's and still have one in the fleet - 89 LXi 5 speed coupe
