1990 integra cranks but no spark out of cap

1990 integra cranks but no spark out of cap
I started my integra the others day and it shut off right away. I checked for spark and there is 10v coming out of the coil while cranking but none out of the cap. I have a brand new coil, cap, rotor I replaced my main relay in December, I can here it working. I'm completely lost on what to do or check next. Can it be an ignitor? Or the ecu?
