I suspect OP isn't talking about all other aspects of the swap being there is a ton of information but may be struggling finding 92-95 specific saving PS and AC with the B-swap. Possibly hoping someone remembers a less than obvious section of information that covered that specific problem.
What would possibly be that different, if anything, from 5th gen to 6th gen for saving PS?
This is usually the answer people get when they ask these questions.
or this from The Ultimate Honda Swap Guide

The A/C bracket from a B16 will be needed...your power steering an A/C pumps should be able to be used.
If, however, you want to retain power steering, you should use the ’94-plus Integra pump and mounting bracket. If you want to
retain air conditioning, a bracket from the ’94-’97 del Sol VTEC will correctly mount the compressor

I probbly searched for the wrong thing then, also i should have said im new to honda cars in general, all ive ever had was ford and chevys, new to the swap game and would like to swap out my d15b7 for something with more power but would like to keep my power steering and ac.
There is no "game" For some honda's are a way of life. Listen to the gurus, take what you can and if you actually do it, thank those that helped you. The most basic thing you can always do is start with the FAQ's.
I didn't look through all those helpful links that were fed to you, but I probably already read them a dozen times when I did my B-swap....
I swapped a JDM B20B (low intake) and LS transmission into a D15B7 Auto Del Sol. The engine I bought included the PS and AC. I just had to connect the existing hoses & wire for the AC and recharge it. The PS hose and pump are different, so I didn't bother with it yet, but I'm pretty sure all I need is a '95 Integra PS hose. My 3 year old Grandson drives it fine without the PS though.
The $2,400 should do it if you shop carefully. The FAQ and search should have enough info for any literate monkey to figure it out.
