Default 1990 integra not getting enough power to distributor when i crank on it

So I get great power to my distributor when I don't crank on it. But when I crank it it drops to below 5v. I replaced the coil already

Is there anything actually bad occurring or are you simply mad that the starter is being selfish and hogging all the voltage ?

Really bro? No **** there's something wrong car won't run And theres no spark!
