Looking for a clean ek sedan.

Just like the title says. Prerequisites:

Ac must work
Body/interior good
runs well
prefer 5 speed but auto will work.
Prefer stock ride height but lowered will work also.

Car will be used for a public service to help the Deaf, so it needs to be somewhat nice and not junk.
