I took off my center console and under I found what looked to be a kill switch but it had 3 wires attached to it, red, green, and blue. I put it in the up position and turned the car on, no change, and I put it in the down position with no change either. Could you guys tell me what this is? It seems to be all wired up but nothing happens. Maybe I'm missing something obvious here; 1995 Civic coupe D16Z6

 

Follow the wires, see where they go. We can't tell you what it is based off what you've told us.
