B18b1 w/S2 manifold and ITR TB issue.
Car: 99 civic with ob2 ls swap. On a chipped p28 from phearable.net
Changes: just installed a S2 manifold and an ITR throttle body.
Issue: after bleeding out the system I have a steady idle at 1000-1200 rpms. How should I go about adjusting my idle properly?
Also I had to ghetto my p75 throttle cable bracket to make it work. Is there any bracket that'll work right? Or do I have to make one?

Are you asking if adjusting the idle is any different when your intake manifold was stock, no its the same. If the s2 was a stock replacement than you shouldn't have to do anything but install.
Well after going through procedure it still won't go down past 900-1000 rpms. That's the best I got it. So close and it's pissing me off. Idle screw on TB all the way in. Checked rotor screw to make sure it wasn't leaving throttle plate open. Tried plugging additional ports on manifold (Pcv valve port) while leaving the pcv open. Nothing has worked fully.

common problem with a stock throttle body and skunk2 manifold is the gasket doesn't completely seal. I bought a gasket from Honda and from oreilys and same problem. the mating surface between the intake and throttle body leaves a small space open between the throttle plate and the iacv port. I had to make my own gasket out of a cereal box. problem went away.
