What fuel regulator are you people using with jg manifold
What fuel pressure regulator are you people using with the jg intake manifold. When I installed the manifold the instructions said that you have to turn the stock regulator around 180 degrees to get it to fit. If you keep it the same way the fuel line gets kinda pinched. I tried the B&M and the bolt is to long rubs the manifold. Will the AEM fit? Or are there anyones that are kinda offset or the fuel line goes upwards. Thanks
I ran into the same problem you did when i put the manifold on. I ended up cutting a small portion of the stock one off and then putting the B&M regulator on. I had originally tried bending it with a torch but that didnt work and i ended up cracking the peice i was trying to bend, so i just cut it off and sanded it down and it worked fine. Another solution to the problem is the use of a different stock regulator. You can use a regulator of off and LS engine, as these have a 90degree bend in them stock which will direct the hose out of the way so it does not interfere with the manifold. The way i have mine set up works fine and I have no problems, but if you dont want to cut it then go to the junk yard or snoop around someones garage and get an LS one. Hope this Helps
Where at in Florida do you live? I am curious to see how you hooked your manifold up. Mine is idling a little funny. It idles high a little bit and goes up and down. THe only thing I did not hook up is that one emissions sensor that sits on the top of your stock manifold. Can't figure out what I did wrong. Thanks
