Default OBD0 to OBD1 ECU Wiring question

So last night i started making my jumper harness for my obd0-obd1 conversion. I finished making the jumper for the obd0 "A" plug. Is it possible to just depin/repin the bc/bd plugs? they look to be similar size, i did try repinning a obd0 "b" pin into my obd1 "b" plug and it conneected to the ecu but im not 100% sure if it will work? Any thoughts?

(( i would continue making the jumper (and will if i cant) but the very small gap between the pins on the female obd0 b/c plug scares me lol and the lack of pin to soulder to on the bottom row looks like it could be terrible to do))
