Car wobble, rear bushing?

Car wobble, rear bushing?
So my car wobbles, not my steering wheel, I was messing with my exhaust today, and saw the pass. Side rear lower control arm bushing was ripped, only that one, and it's the last one (the one that connects lower control arm to rear spindle) would that cause car to wobble
