Default need some guidance

I have a 97 accord with a JDM h22a swap with a p28 chipped ecu cold air 4-2-1 header cat delete factory sized piping I want a little more power what can I do I'm putting 3" exhaust on as I hear the h22a works very well with 3" anything else please help (staying n/a)

The P28 is 'chipped', but has it been tuned, by a real tuner?

Unless you do a full tune on that P28 I can promise you it'll never run right. H series engines and D series ECUs are the automotive equivalent of two drunken angry ****** that don't realize how much they really have in common underneath all of their sexual frustration.
