My dad's uncle had a house off of Diamond Head road. He paid $325,000 for it in 1980. He was cheap, and my dad and I used to clean his yard. Sometimes we got free soda.
Tom Selleck (Magnum PI) lived at the end of the road (Blackpoint)- where it became "private."
