1994 Honda accord 5 speed starting problems

When I Start my car it will start as long as the key is held forward. As soon as you let go and the key falls back it dies.....any suggestions!???? Help

Sounds like an ignition switch problem (the electrical switch).

The first link is the service bulletin showing the steps for replacement on a 97 Accord, which is basically the same as your Accord:
