Where my rpm needle is showing is my car at idle at a light, I have some kinda electrical issue with my car as u can see by the temp gauge so Im wondering if thats also causing my rpm gauge to show pretty much nothing until I press the gas pedal

If car is running OK and RPMs increase smoothly as you step on the gas the problem is most likely lust a needle adjustment, pull needle off and install in the correct position.

If on the other hand car is not running smoothly the problem is most likley the ICM is on it's way west, or connections to it are poor.

The tech is "controled" by the ICM so you can also just try and tighten the connections, [unplug, carefully "crip" terminal tighter and reconnect]. 94
