Use your OBD1 injectors and distributor. Plug in your wiring harness. Plug in your ECU.
Enjoy.
just fine a obd1 p72 as for VTEC... rywire sells a "VTEC wiring kit" just swap over your obd1 injectors grab a obd2 to obd1 dizzy harness(rywire) and for the alt use your old one with the round plug. the rest is plug n play.

Ah. I must have missed the part about him having a LS.
VTEC, IAB, and knock can be wired in via a subharness. Pin the subharness into your ECU plugs. Plug in a OBD1 P72 ECU.

-wire in VTEC, knock and IAB
-reuse your alternator and injectors
-you'll need a conversion harness to use the distributor
-if your engine is not JDM you'll have some extra sensors you don't need, Evap purge on the intake manifold and the CKF by the crank pulley
