Is there a significant difference between the 2? I can't find 37820-P0J-L02 but i see 37820-P0J-L11 and some places are listing both as compatible but can't find conctrete data on this. Any help on this is appreciated!

 

based on the Honda parts site, both were on the 97 Accord LX 5sp 4 door..

 

When I look up your car it shows the L11 so you should be good to go. It appears to have superceded it.
