Default no spark on 96 vtec prelude

Soooooo i need some help HT. im stuck. ive checked about as much as i can figure out to check and now im running out of easily accesible things. I was adjusting my valves, and grounded out the alternator while removing the harness. This blew the 100amp fusible link so when i was done with the valves and buttoned up i went to start it and no power. i replaced it and the car would crank but no spark. theres def fuel being injected, i smell it as soon as i start cranking. the fuel pump primes, the CEL comes on and goes out as per usual. IVe checked for codes currently and there is none, although through out the process of testing stuff i have had a few. Ive tested the ignitor and coil by grounding out the ICM wire and the coil discharges so that complete circuit from the ecu to the coil is good. I think i either fried my ecu, or fried a circuit in my engine harness. ive checked everything i can think of, read a bunchb of guides on troubleshooting ignition system, im down to a new wireharness or ecu, unless anyone has any great ideas. Thanks.

I'd say replace coil anyway. It always goes bad.

Check all engine bay fuses, especially the 15a ecu fuse. Then check for actual spark.
