Default AC Problems

I am currently working on my AC on 2002 Accord with the V6. Its not blowing cold air, checked and filled the system and all good there. I checked the compressor and that is engaging just fine. The compressor fan did have the fuse blown replaced and still no cold air I am running out of ideas here. Could it be the condessor is plugged? Or the pressure switch or valve? Thanks in advance..

After you fill the system to specs, check the pressure switch for continuity. There should be continuity. If there is, turn the ac on and when the compressor engages immediately check the low pressure line where you charge the system. It might get cold quick then immediately stop. This would indicate the expansion valve is bad. I would also replace the receiver/dryer at the same time.

I've found expansion valve failure is a common issue outside of leaks being number 1 culprit.

Along with what holmes suggested - these do have a system where you can check for HVAC codes thru the ac control unit. A stuck bad air mix motor could also be in play.

It would be nice to know the low and high side pressures as/when the system is running?
