Default NEED YOU HELP WITH MY 09 SI

I have a 09 civic that's been a project. I bought It as a theft recovery someone stole the turbo off of it .im putting it back w a headerback exhaust . It has been setting for about a year. Dirty gas might be clogging up the injectors? The immobliizer isn't active.. I have a new stock ECu married to the car. New 330 cc asu injectors oem calls for 310cc. I've replaced the coil boots spark plugs injectors air intake and mag sensor. Plus exhaust and ECu. The fuel pump works it was taken out and tested and has a new fuel line . And the fuel pump gets power in the rear of car. The injectors pulse but not enough . Although the ktuned fuel rail shows good fuel pressure.
Please I need help anyone with expertise or opinions!

Put the stock fuel injectors back in, or get the ECU tuned for the bigger injectors. You cant just add bigger injectors without changing the ECU.

So that difference would make the car not start?

Does the injectors ground wire go to the battery ? Because the ground wire was stolen due to it being a gold terminal . N it's jus going from the batt to the car chassis

Would year old gas mess things up? And also would a built engine cause it not to start ?

Give us a build list for the engine and we could help more. "Built" is too vague.

Generally speaking a built engine will require Hondata FlashPro or equivalent for engine management. What engine management does the car have? Since it was turbocharged it has to have something, we need to know what that is.

I think you have a ground issue, but I would still start by putting the factory injectors back, and then verifying it has a good program on the ECU. Check your battery to chassis ground as well as your engine to chassis ground.
