2" drop on springs..which kind??
I'm looking to go for a 2" drop around on my car (2001 INTEGRA). What kind of springs do you guys suggest for a good price besides H&R race?? Also do you know of camber kits that are also decently prices? thanks for the help guys.
I am dropping my car this winter probably with H & R sport, will I need a camber kit????
Yes. I've got H&R Sports and the fronts are cambered quite a bit.

I'd say go with H&R race for the drop. Neuspeed race is a lil bumpy, unless you are planning to get new struts right away too, then you can just adjust the ride, and then Neuspeed's won't kill ya.
The other way to go if you wanna spend another 150 or so, just get some Ground Control Adjustables. Pick your height, and the ride isn't as hard as the Skunk2.
Good luck

I got H&R sport on my car. it's a 1.75 drop in the front, and 1.5 drop in the back. You really don't think you need a camber kit until you go through tires every 6 months or so. Also, it was a pain for me with the stupid negative camber, and replacing tires because i have 17's with low pro tires on there.. so more money. I finally got a camber kit. Non adjustable... price was 125 for Progress Technologies camber kit. Corrected the neg camber. The only thing I don't like about getting a camber kit it not being able to take the corners like my old days, and the car raised a little tiny bit, not a lot...

Hey, lessthndan, You should go with the neuspeeds.... They drop the car about 2.25... I have them on my teg... I am in NJ too... How low do the H&R sports drop your car?? My springs are too low because I have an h22 going in my car in about a week.... Wanna trade my Neuspeed's for your H&R sports? I need something with about a 1.5 inch drop so my headers dont scrape... I am in NJ too... We'll do a straight up trade...no cash involved... email me at chidoks@yahoo.com
Sportlines are kewl, but they tend to sag in the rear. My friend had sportlines, and I got h&r, and to comparison, the H&R make it look more like and even drop. Sportlines make the back look lower.
at what point do you really need a camber kit? i just ordered my wheels today so i am wondering what springs to get also. I have heard its only after about 1.5" that you need it??????

I would recommend H&R over Neuspeed springs, just from what people have told me. I have H&R Sport and I love 'em. You WILL need new shocks if you get ANY kind of race spring, preferably Koni Sport or Bilstein HD.
Anybody that says you need a camber kit for over a 1.5" drop didn't get their car aligned properly. My H&R Sports w/ Koni shocks lowered my car almost 2" all around. I have had no camber kit for 20,000 miles now and my tires are still even all the way across. I have almost -2.2 deg. camber all around, but the toe-in is set to exact specs. I also rotate tires every 3K-5K miles. This has helped prolong tire life as much as possible. HTH
