Hi men!
Maybe lot of you are thinking this is uselss or more weight, and maybe it is, but not for me. I use my 93 civic daily, in town, traffic, rain.
As i said 've got a 1993 Civic (EUDM Civic ESi), no ABS.
I had an eg6, and i know how bad and slow is AMS on that car. So i was looking for a newer ABS system, four wheel channels. The answer: Integra or ek4. Well i found a '00 ej9 restyling per parts. Same ABS system of ek4 and similar to integra. I explained my idea to the seller and we had a good deal. Anyway less talk, more bolts.

What i need:
-front ABS knuckes
-rear ABS knuckes from eg6
-4 abs wheels sensor
-ABS Ecu
-proportioning valve
- 15/16" master cylinder
-ABS modulator
- Some wiring and connectors
- Cluster (inside circuit)
- ABS front relucr ring
- Spare brake hoses
- Wiring diagram























Thanks to a friend of mine who gave me his old broken CV joints from his eg6, so i could take them out:

What wrench did you use to get to the proporsion valve? Such a tight spot behind the intake manifold.

Excellent thread. I'm looking to do this on my '97 CX hatch. This helps me out nicely. How long did it take you to do the job?

 

Good write-up, and nice work, but that video doesn't actually prove that it works. Hell, it doesn't even prove the brakes still work.

 

I didn't see a write-up. All I saw was a bunch of pictures.
