Car is a 1994 Honda Civic CX with a b16a2 from a 99 Si with around 70k miles. Car was running perfectly with no problems at all until I put in a driver side hasport mount, and now the car seems like its stuck in limp mode. I have no check engine light. Its a stock motor, I'm using a engine harness from a 96-01 GSR, and the ECU is a 37820-PR3-J01. On cold starts has a hard time starting, and I drove it around the block which it had no power at all. Both cams are are TDC so the timing is normal. I have swapped working parts to see if it would fix it which are
Distributor
Fuel Pump
Tried 2 other throttle bodies
Put a new fuel filter on
New Cap n Rotor -Honda OEM-
Spark plug wires are about 10k and so are spark plugs. Using NGK.
I checked all sensors and for any damaged wires and found nothing.
I even bought a new chipped p28 ecu that was programmed for the car and still the same thing. I checked all grounds. The spark plugs are very black and dry. The spark plugs where fine before and assuming they're black since its been running like this? Kinda stumped. Any thoughts? Ideas? Here's the videos, first one is a cold start and second is idle when warmed up. There's a check engine light in the first video, I forgot to take the paper clip out of the jumper harness.
Not sure if this would effect anything but I noticed that the Crank Fluctuation sensor wires got ripped up from the crank pulley, that sensor was never hooked up since the car is obd1 but would that effect anything? I highly doubt it since it was never hooked up.
Cold start (notice how it struggles to start)

When I rev it I am pretty much at WOT.

You may have your MAP and TPS sensors switched. Or someone altered the distributor wiring and did t incorrectly. The CEL likely doesn't work.

I know the map and tps are plugged in correctly since the car was running perfectly before and I never touched them. I did swap them out of curiosity but they are plugged in the correct spot. As far as the cel it does work I have tested it. As for the disributor I took each cap off to check inside and the wiring is the same. I know the wiring for the harness can't be messed up cause I never touched that. Thats the crazy thing about this, the car was running great till I just swapped this mount and all this is happening.
Doubtful a mount could have caused this but stranger things have happened. For ***** and giggles what happens wh the old mount is re-installed?

I did put on the old mount back on and still same thing. Im considering buying another distributor but new OEM is expensive and I'm afraid to buy one and have it still run like it is.

I have never really read up on this, but OBD2 integra harness's work and are wired correctly in for an OBD1 civic??
Yeah they will work in OBD1 cars fine. It'll have some left over connectors (CKF, Evap plug is different) and the distributor, injectors and alternator won't plug into OBD1 components but OBD2 ones will work fine.

I unplugged the TPS while the car was running got a CEL which was a code 7. I checked every wire and sensor and still nothing. I bought one of these
http://www.ebay.com/itm/330811365507...84.m1497.l2649 I know OEM or bust but I figured if this one works I know I can save up for an OEM one since money is getting tight ATM and I need to get this car moving. I have a feeling that the second Distributor I tried was probably bad since I did get it off Craigslist and shady **** all the time on there but the dude said it worked perfectly. Only paid $50 for it o well.
