D15b7 sits at 3000 rpms when I start it up
I have a d15b7 in a 92 civic dx sedan. When I start my car up the rpms rise up to 3000 and sit there. When I give it a little bit of gas it revs but when I floor it the rpms drop and my car shuts off. I can't figure out what the problem is, can someone help
