EK hatch stock exhaust system

EK hatch stock exhaust system
Are there two different stock exhausts for an ek hatch? I have one with a fatter muffler and picked up one that has a slim muffler but it doesn't line up with my cat. My motor is a Canadian d16. Let me know why that is.
